Deonna's POV Later on, Joe and I got tired of swimming, and we rested on our towels, talking. "You wanna take a walk?" He asked me suddenly. I raised my eyebrows, and gave him a smile. "I'd love to!" He smiled right back at me, obviously pleased with my answer. "Let's go, then." He agreed. I put on a loose t-shirt, along with a hat. He put on a shirt and grabbed my hand. We then walked on the sand, talking and laughing. It was sort of funny that at first, I thought Joe would be a total player. That was until I got to know him. He's actually everything I've ever wanted in a guy. "Have you ever thought about singing?" He randomly brought up from out of the blue, looking down at me. I gave him a confused look, but after I processed his question, I smirked. "Why? Do you actually.. Sing, Jonas?" I teased him, the smirk still on my face. He came to a halt, and faced me. "No! No way!" He defended himself. "I heard you singing in the shower!" I countered back. I looked in his eyes with a plead, though that didn't seem to phase him a bit. Even though he was taller and stronger than me, I could get it out of him. "Oh c'mon, Joe. I'm your girlfriend. I deserve to know!" He cleared his throat, and looked away. I knew he wasn't gonna tell me willingly, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him softly. He automatically deepened the kiss, his arms wrapping around me.
