"I'm so sorry I just ran away like that this morning." I say immediately when the front door of Nick's apartment open up. "That was out of line. I should've explained and I just....You're the only good thing going on in my life right now so can you please not be mad?" I've been looking down the whole time and when I look up not only do I scream and cover my mouth with my hand but I quickly look on the wall by the door to see if I came to the right apartment because when I look up it's not Nick's gorgeous face I see it's some woman in her forties and she's holding the door open, leaning with one arm on them for support.
