Unfaithful Part One: We both knew. He knew; I knew. We both said nothing. I didn't bring it up; he didn't bring it up. His strong arms held me close to him, my left cheek resting in a groove of his muscled chest, listening to his heartbeat. His fingers ran through my long hair in a rhythmical pattern, almost lulling me into a comfortable sleep as we lay on the couch in our living room, watching some television. He pressed a soft kiss to my forehead, forcing my lips to curl into a small smile. "I love you, Addie," he whispered softly. "I love you so, so much." I swallowed deeply, taking a long breath, making sure my emotions didn't get the best of me. This hurt so much; not only me, but him as well. "I love you too, Nick." I looked into his brown jewels and placed a sweet kiss on his cheek. Nick turned so he was now lying on his right side, facing me. He scooted as close as he could, pressing our bodies together.
